Sonaco Trading was founded in 1990 and actively started trading in ferro alloys and other raw materials in 1996.
Our office is located in Stockholm, Sweden, and our major market area is Northern Europe.
We are active world wide and use our extensive network of relationships with producers, end-consumers and other customers via agents and representatives in many countries.
Sonaco Trading is a trading and service company and is an intermediary acting as agent, distributor, stockholder and proprietary trader. We offer our commodities on spot pricing or long term price formula basis. Our logistical services include warehousing, consignment stock, just in time deliveries, crushing, sieving and packing.
We regularly keep stocks in Sweden, Finland and Holland and in several other locations in Europe.
During 2010 Sonaco Trading formed a partnership with Gunnar Setterwall Trading AB (GST), a company active selling equipment to the mining, minerals and metallurgical industries and semis to fabricators.
Sonaco Trading has been profitable every year since the beginning. We are constantly looking for new business opportunities and we are willing to be investors or take equity stakes in projects in the industries and business areas we are active in. We are always interested in new proposals such as equity participation, off-take and pre-financing agreements, long term financing or handling of supply contracts. Our strategy, ambition and goal is to grow further by servicing the industries we are active in.
We take a long-term view in the physical trading of raw materials. Sonaco Trading is privately owned which guarantees a fast decision making process.
