Equity Stake

In 2010 Sonaco Trading acquired 10 % of the shares in Ekerot Titanium AB, at Ferro Titanium smelter located in Fagersta, Sweden. Sonaco is handling the purchases of Titanium scrap and the sales of Ferro Titanium 70 %.

Credit Recognition

Sonaco Trading is since many years recognised by the Swedish UC (Upplysningscentralen) and Soliditet (part of Bisnode) as having the highest credit worthiness and credit rating, rated 5 and AAA respectively.

Quality Management System

Sonaco Trading is acting as a serious, responsible and long-term participant in the market place. Safety questions are of greatest importance. Sonaco is since many years accredited in accordance with the international standard for quality management ISO 9001:2008 for metal trading and distribution companies.
Product safety data sheets (MSDS) for all the commodities we handle are available upon request.

REACH

Sonaco Trading is pre-registered for REACH (Registration, Evaluation, Authorisation and Restriction of Chemicals) for the products we import and handle in the EU, all in line with the EU directives. None of the products we supply are defined as Substances of Very High Concern (SVHC) by ECHA, EUs control organ based in Helsinki, Finland. Product safety data sheets (MSDS) for all the commodities we handle are available upon request.
